I am a Cognitive Analytic Therapist and Supervisor and a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years experience of working at a senior level in the NHS holding both clinical and educational roles.
I have also trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and in EMDR – a therapy developed for the treatment of traumatic memories and PTSD.
Over the years I have worked with adults of all ages, who have been experiencing a wide range of difficulties from serious psychiatric illness to more common mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety, as well as those struggling in their day-to-day relationships, with life transitions or with issues of self-esteem.
I am also able to offer working online.
I work from my home near Addenbrookes’ Hospital.
