I’m interested in having therapy. How do I know if CAT is right for me?

Where will the sessions take place?
All three Collaborate therapists work in Cambridge. More information is given on their webpages. When you arrange your initial meeting you will be given directions and access information.
How much will it cost?
Session costs between £90 and £110. CAT is a time-limited therapy of usually between 16 and 24 sessions. You and your therapist will agree how many sessions you will have together. You will then know how much the therapy is likely to cost overall.
