I am a BACP Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and a CAT therapist and supervisor. I have over 20 years experience as a therapist and trainer.
I have spent many years working in the NHS in primary care and ran the Counselling Service at 2 GP practices for a total of 14 years. I have also worked for the University of Cambridge Staff Counselling Service for over 9 years latterly as Head of Service. I am now a Consultant to the Staff Counselling Service. I have run trainings both in the NHS and the University around such topics as stress, anxiety, resilience and managing people.
With a background in the NHS and the University I have seen a wide variety of people over the years. I have particular experience with those in demanding and responsible positions be they corporate, academic or administrative.
I work on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
